About This Program
Jacob's Ladder provides a certified Strengthening Families program through Prince George's County and the Prince George's County Health Department. This evidence-based program focuses on improving communication, accountability, stability, and support within families.

Program Goals

Why this program Matters
Many youth challenges are connected to what is happening at home. When families face poverty, joblessness, underemployment, lack of resources, and stress, youth often feel the impact.
By supporting parents and caregivers, Jacob's Ladder helps create stronger home environments and better support systems for youth.
