Our Programs
Juvenile Reentry Program
The Juvenile Reentry Program supports youth who are recently returning home from detention or preparing to return to the community. Through mentorship, life coaching, education, family support, and community-based guidance, Jacob's Ladder helps young people transition back with a stronger mindset, better support, and a clearer path forward.
About This Program
This program helps justice-involved youth successfully reintegrate into school, work, family, and community life.
