About This Program
Jacob's Ladder is an approved credible messenger program with Maryland's Department of Juvenile Services. Thrive Academy supports youth in Prince George's County who need consistent, relationship-based support to reduce gun violence, strengthen decision-making, and build better futures.
Life coaches play a major role in Thrive Academy. One life coach works with up to five mentees, allowing for consistent and personal support. Life coaches help youth stay accountable, feel supported, and understand that they have the ability to change their path.
